Rendering of Container related Bills

Container related bills are prepared for container related services such as (i) loading / discharge of container, (ii) storage of containers, and (iii) stuffing/destuffing of containers and subsequently delivered to port users.

Steps :
(i)	Generation of bills : Bills generated on 1st and 16th day of every month
(ii)	Bills are sent to port users by email
(iii)	Audit verification bills

(i)	Approving Authority	Dy. Traffic Manager, OSC, Asstt. Traffic Manager, OSC
(ii)	Processing duration	2 days
(iii)	Application scrutiny levels
