Allotment of Line Code : Container Operators
| (i) | Container Operator is required to submit the following documents alongwith application on letterhead for allotment of Line code. |
| (ii) | List of documents along with formats is detailed below. |
| (iii) | For extension of existing Line Code the documents whose validity is expiring are required to be submitted alongwith application on letterhead |

| (i) | Original Bank Guarantee for Rs.2 Lakhs to be deposited with OSC Branch. Xerox copy of acknowledgement showing agent code along with copy of Bank Guarantee to be submitted |

Custom Bond duly notarized. (a) Application of Custom Bond (b) Letter issued by Custom Authority |
| (iii) | Agency Agreement duly notarized |
| (iv) | Certificate of Incorporation with Memorandum and Articles of Association duly notarized. |
| (v) | Registration of Principal in their own country duly notarized |
| (vi) | Transporters Appointment and Acceptance Letter |
| (vii) | Acceptance of full liabilities for the outstanding dues on account of earlier line, if any. |
| (viii) | Details of executives |
| (ix) | Copy of Firm’s PAN issued by Income Tax Authority |
