Ans: Interested buyers who wish to participate in MbPA e-Tender cum e-Auction are required to get themselves registered with M/s. MSTC Ltd. through their website https://www.mstcecommerce.com
Q.2 : How many time sale is conducted in a month?
Ans: Fortnightly
Q.3 : Where will I get information about the goods to be auctioned?
Ans: The goods to be auctioned are displayed on MSTC Website (https://www.mstcecommerce.com) and MbPA website.
Q.4 : Can we inspect the goods before sale and what is the procedure for the same?
Ans: Yes, Temporary permits shall be issued to the bidders holding valid Identity card at Permit Section or gates of outlying areas on submission of written request on bidder’s letterhead with details of lots to be inspected / cleared, only on production of Identity card. Two DEP’s will be issued at a time, per bidder, for inspection of the sale lots.

Q. 6: When will be the result declared and if the lot is confirmed, how to make payment?
Ans: On completion of auction process, result is declared in MbPA website and the payment details are informed by MSTC by email to successful bidders. For detail information please refer Terms and Conditions
Q.7 : What will be the consequences on delayed payment by purchaser/bidder ?
Ans : There are different consequences such as debarment, forfeiture of amount paid purchase/bidder, cancellation of sale, etc. refer Terms and Conditions
Q.8 : When and How will be the Delivery Order and Tax Invoice are issued?
Ans : After obtaining Out of Charge order from Customs Delivery Orders and Tax Invoices are issued to the purchasers/bidders by email.
