Mumbai Port Authority acquired ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management certificate and ISO 14001 : 2015 certificate on 24th September 2024, certified by the renowned international certification agency Indian Register Quality Systems (IRQS), a Division of IRCLASS Systems and Solutions Private Limited.
 
With this glorious achievement Mumbai Port Authorityt has committed To provide Integrated Sea-Port Facilities for Safe Handling, Storage and Delivery of Cargo / Container to the requirements of our Customers and Promote Domestic and International Cruise Shipping.
 
Mumbai Port became the first major Indian Port in the year 2002 to have acquired Quality Certification of 2000 series, which envisages continual improvement of processes and standards towards customer satisfaction. This is another landmark of the Mumbai Port Trust’s endeavour to ensure quality service to the customers.

ISO 27001 : 2022 Certification

Mumbai Port Authority acquired ISO 27001:2022 Information Security Management on 25th October 2024, certified by the renowned international certification agency Indian Register Quality Systems (IRQS), a Division of IRCLASS Systems and Solutions Private Limited.

The Information Security Management System of Mumbai Port Trust applies to Port Operations, Financial, Materials, Vessel Traffic System, CCTV, Surveillance and Access Control applications supported by HR, IT, Administration, Traffic Marine and Finance at its Mumbai locations of Ambedkar Bhavan, Yantra Bhavan and Sr. Dock Master ID Office, which includes end user equipment’s and passive/active network devices.
