Vessel Agent has to make application online (through PCS) or as per Application Format to Sr. Dy. Traffic Manager, ID indicating volume and nature of cargo.

Applications to be submitted online or in the office of Sr. Dy. Traffic Manager, Indira Dock.

How the submitted application is further processed ?

On the basis of nature and volume of cargo mentioned in application, a suitable shed / open area is allotted by Sr. Dy. Traffic Manager, ID.

How to track application processing ? How to check status ?

The status can be checked online at PCS.
