Mumbai Port Authority

(1) These regulations may be called the Bombay Port Trust Class I Employees (Acceptance of Employment after Retirement) Regulations, 1975.1

(2) They shall come into force on the date of publication of the sanction of the Central Government in the Official Gazette.2
