(A) Steps :

(I) Permission for berthing of barges  

Permission for berthing of barges of coal at Haji Bunder will be granted at the office of Deputy Manager, CFS at the request from the barge operator. 

 

(i) 15 days advance intimation     of arrival schedule of the     vessel	Checklist	Apply Online
(ii) Confirmation of the ETA 72      hours in advance
(iii) Submission of IGM copy and      Custom permission
(iv) Submission of a copy of      water conveyance      charges of barges

 (II) Allotment of storage plots for storage of coal

Plots for coal storage will be allotted to the importers from the office of Deputy Manager, CFS

 

(i) Submission of Application by importer	Checklist	Apply Online
(ii) Submission of a copy of Import Export Code by the importer.
(iii) Submission to Traffic Manager recommending the plot for storage of coal for approval from Deputy Manager, CFS’s office.
(iv) Issuance of allotment letter
