No. TAMP/57/2005-MBPT - This Authority had passed an Order on 28th September, 2006 in case no. TAMP/57/2005-MBPT relating to the general revision of the Scale of Rates of the Mumbai Port Trust (MBPT). This Order and the (revised) Scale of Rates were notified in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary (Part III, Section 4) on 1st December 2006 vide Gazette no. 178.

2. It has been noticed that some typographical mistake has occurred in the consolidated Scale of Rates notified on 1st December 2006. The existing Section 2.12 in Chapter - II pertaining to Vessel Related Charges in the Scale of Rates of MBPT is replaced with the following :

"2.12. Charges for carrying out Bollard Pull Test

	Coastal Vessel	Foreign going Vessel
Charges for carrying out Bollard Pull Test	Rs. 8790.76	U.S. $ 321.30
Note : - Applicable charges specified in Section 2.1 (A) and Section 2.1 (B) for the movement of vessels will be levied separately"
